Alexandra here, the founder of Alma Kitchen. Well, it’s been a minute. But I can’t tell you how delighted I am to be back here with you. Let’s catch up!
When we first launched Alma in 2020, our aim was to spread a bit of joy through beautiful and delicious treats that could bring people together during a time that was so isolating. The support from this community and love for our creations was more than we could have hoped for, which left a challenge for our small but mighty team. And after receiving the much-anticipated news that my husband and I would be starting a family, it felt like the right moment to press pause and slow down.
Two years on (with a toddler in tow!), we’ve had time to recharge and refocus and I’m so thrilled to be back with an all-new version of Alma. Although we won’t be selling our treats, this will remain a place that celebrates all the same things - beautiful, seasonal food that fosters togetherness.
Your patience has been a gift, and we cannot wait to share this next chapter with you. So stay tuned for updates - we’re busy cooking up something special and can't wait to invite you back to the table.
Alexandra
